Position Overview

CASA Group is seeking an experienced Senior CNC Programmer/Operator to join our Hornsby factory. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of CNC programming and operations, supporting both our internal business and external clients.

We have recently commissioned an AMADA laser and turret combination with automation and a Brake Press to enhance our efficiency and productivity. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to lead and manage this division, working on high-end architectural projects across Australia.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or extensive experience as a machinist.
  • Proven experience in programming and operating CNC machinery (experience with AMADA machines is highly desirable).
  • Strong background in programming, setting, and operating CNC equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and designs.
  • Leadership experience or ambition to step into a Team Leader position.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
