Position Overview
CASA Group is seeking skilled and qualified tradespeople to join our partner business, Architectural Roofing and Cladding (ARC). ARC is Australia’s leading installation company, delivering premium architectural roofing and façade solutions in zinc, copper, and aluminium. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established national company, operating across the eastern seaboard of Australia.
Duties & essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Install roofing and façade systems using zinc, copper, and aluminium on high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Fabricate and install custom zinc and copper flashings and rainwater goods.
- Collaborate with builders and contractors on-site to ensure project specifications are met.
- Interpret building designs and prepare workshop drawings for fabrication.
- Take accurate measurements and plan construction schedules.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to apprentices and team members.
Requirements
- Relevant trade qualification.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in roofing and façade construction.
- Experience working with non-ferrous metals such as copper and zinc is highly regarded.
- International applicants with relevant experience in copper, zinc, and aluminium roofing and façades are encouraged to apply.
